I was born in Brazil and moved to the US in 2001. I used to be a mediator in Florida. After acquiring certification as a life/transformation coach and mediator in Texas, I started my coaching and mediation practice. I also have a degree in Education and one in Marketing. ​My multicultural background has been valuable in my coaching and mediation practice. It has given me a deep understanding of cultural uniqueness, a profound respect for differences, a passion for personal growth paths, and a strong empathy for dealing with people's unique stories and backgrounds.​

Having accumulated years of experience as a mediator and a business owner, I possess a comprehensive understanding of conflict resolution techniques and the nuances of guiding individuals from diverse backgrounds toward mutually beneficial resolutions. My mediation style is characterized by an assertive yet empathetic approach, fostering open dialogue while respectfully challenging parties to explore creative solutions. ​​​I am fully bilingual in Portuguese/English and speak conversational Spanish and basic Italian.​I mediate civil, family, and employment disputes and conflicts in Frisco, TX, and surrounding areas, as well as online via Zoom.
